This Privacy Policy applies only to SIMPLICYTAS Consulting Pte Ltd (“SIMPLICYTAS”/”we”/”us”) in Singapore.

Generally, we collect, use, disclose and process your personal data for purposes connected or relevant to our business or to manage your relationship with us.

SIMPLICYTAS collects information about you when you use our website(s), forms, and/or other channels and throughout other interactions, communications and services you have with us. 

We collect personal data and information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you for the purpose the personal data/ information is collected. The types of data/information that we collect may vary depending on the nature of the activity. We will take reasonable steps to provide clear information about the nature of those activities and the purpose for which we are collecting your data/information. Such data/information may consist of, but is not limited to, your name, current job title, company address, email address and telephone numbers and any sensitive information. Do not provide personal data/information to us, unless you consent to our use of that data/ information for its legitimate business purpose.

Our website is not intentionally designed for or directed at minors under the age of 16. It is our policy never to knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 16.  You hereby represent that you are not a minor under the age of 16, nor will you be authorising or permitting any of such to access this website on your behalf.
